I was always proud of who I was! I love my family, friends, and my life in general. I was never a perfect size two...but it never bothered me before this. One day in class a boy I'd never talked to told me I need to start exercising. I felt my whole face drop, and all eyes on my imperfect curves. I wasn't overweight. In fact, I was ideal weight but I did have my curves. I knew that, that's what was scary. I was happy with me, but those five words made my whole day upside down. He didn't realize that those simple words made me want to change. I quit eating for almost a week, and became incredibly sick. That's when I realized... I'm perfect! I'm okay with my big hips and butt, god made me like this for a reason! From then on, when someone says something hurtful about my outer appearance, I say, "hey, god made me like this... And I love it!"
