When I went to BeingGirl.com it forwarded me to Always.com, and they do have a Contact Us option where you can submit questions. If you are talking about asking questions here on FindYourTrueBeauty, You can ask questions almost anywhere. There is a link in the sidebar that says, "Ask Questions." You can start there. You'll find several ways to get your questions answered, including a form where you can submit them.

Sometimes that's just life and there's nothing you can do about it. Everyone is a bit different on how they handle it. It will depend on how heavy your flow is, whether you want to wear tampons, etc.

Hey FAIZAH,

Shelley is no longer working directly with this website. Her focus has shifted to other areas. Her husband CJ still visits schools from time to time. I am considering continuing that part of the ministry, but haven't moved forward with it yet.
