I'm looking for some advice on body image. A few years ago ( three) I was overweight. Not obese or anything but overweight none the less. One day I was looking at pictures of myself and I was crushed by how I looked. I decided right there that I was going to lose weight. I created a "plan" for myself that included a walk everyday and cutting out all deserts and snacks except on weekends. I was very strict with myself and ended up losing a lot of weight. I was 13 then. Minus the summers, I've kinda kept up that plan. Now, I jog instead of walk and I also have a workout routine.
