on valentines day a boy in my class told me that he was in love with me i was excited because i really liked this boy but friday last week he told me that he did not want to see me again and it turns out he was dating another girl i went home early that day and now i am really mad at him because he broke my heart i do not know what to do.

Dear Daly,
I'm sorry you were hurt, I bet you feel taken advantage of. Not to sound rude but, this boy probably never cared for you if he changed his mind so quickly. But there is nothing you can do to change his attitude. But you can choose how you respond to people who speak to you this way. You could've told him you were flattered by his statment and left it at that. I don't want to sound preachy, I'm sorry if I offened you, I just want to encourage you to make good desicions. Choose not to be swept off your feet for everyone who flatters you.
God cares about your feelings, tell him how you feel, He likes to hear you!
