embarassed about my masturbation addiction

i have a masturbation addiction....i am a girl in grade 8 and i was wondering if there was any long term effects to masturbating? i dont know how to stop and i dont want to keep going if theres any bad to come out of this... please help

I can tell you that masturbation can become an addiciton. And when it does, it can eventually interfere with your future marriage and future sex life in marriage because you learn how to satisfy those sexual urges yourself.

- okay well i'm sixteen & my birthday juhss pasted ,i hope tew never let this happen again buht i find myself today hitting rock bottom i don't really know what tew say anymore after trying tew stop so many times , buht i wanted tew make this official on my birthday, i guess i can start over for good now & all of what i've said in thaa' past can be in thaa' past & even though after almost two weeks i hit rock bottom , i think if i know that this won't happen again than i can feel much better about everything & start from may 27 & june first .
