Lost, lost in the madness

A young girl inside, wondering why?
Mad at the world
Mad at God

Darkness, darkness is what she lived in
No identity
Just a face in the crowd

Pain, pain is all she felt inside
There was no where hide
Nowhere to run

Then one day she changed it around
She prayed that instead of being lost
She would be found

Light, light shines
Shines inside and out
Not a speck of darkness

Found, found herself
Now she knows who she is
She is a child of God

Love, loves who she is
She has loving family and friends
She is not alone anymore

Laughter, laughter inside her
Joy overflows inside of her
She is happy now

Living, living for God
Doing what he wants her to do
She is on the right track

She used to think she would be lost and never found
But now she knows that she will always
Be found and never lost.

What a beautiful transformation - for up out of darkness emerged a beautiful butterfly :-)
It is a blessing to be an amazing child of God and never forget that He is still not finished with you yet. Continue to let His light shine through you, it will bring you such joy!
