Heaven

Before you read, I just wanted to say that this was based on a vision I had while writing poetry. I fully believe this is a glimpse of heaven. This was intended to be after the rapture.

I'm caught up in this sweet abyss.
I'm escaping the agony of yesterday.
Here, I live in the fear of God; In fear of his majesty.

I am bowed at the feet of God.
I am struck with awe.
All of my sorrows are gone.
I feel tears run down my cheeks as he lifts my head and says "Welcome home."

Every desire on earth has disappeared.
Now,It's just me and God walking here.
The colors of heaven so bright and fair.
As I am in God's presence, his love is all I want to feel.
His love is different; It's real.
God's voice; His voice is so clear.

This is what I've been wanting.
To walk hand in hand with my creator.
My sin left on earth with those who chose not him, who created them.
I can only imagine how they feel, now that they've seen him.

Now, all I want to do is worship my Lord.
I honestly don't deserve this reward.
It is true what the book says, "No one can fathom what God has planned for those who love him."
I Love You God.
Thank you for giving me this freedom.

Thank you for posting this up.
I believe that you did have that vision. Because I had a vision of the Rapture. Dont forget your vision instead be ready for his coming. Please look at my poem it is called The time is near. I posted it on here. I dont think it was a coincidence that I just found this poem. God Bless you and I hope to see you in the Kingdom of heaven.
