Hold on to me, Lord,

Even when I run away from You.
Hold on to my heart,
Even when I turn away from Love.
Hold on to my hand,
Even when I won’t stay and know peace.
Hold on to me, Lord,
Even when I forget Your grace.
Hold on to my life,
Even when my strength is gone.

You Hold Onto His Love For You

Dear one, you hold on to this vital TRTUH: "I will never leave you or forsake you, says the LORD."

He goes on to say, "I AM a Very Present Help, I AM [your] Comforter, Guide and Friend."

We don't know what you're going through, but please be encouraged that our God does. And know this, there is absolutely nothing too hard for Him to work out or bring you through. You hold on to those Promises found in His holy Word. Study Psalms; let Its truths sing love songs to your heart. Let the Shepherd of your soul guide you, lift up your heads and give you, His beloved, a sweet sleep. A sweet sleep that comes from knowing that He is ever watching over you, that His Son has paid sin's cost and as you trust, believe and obey, He will guide you through this difficult season.

Dear one, this is not hype or religous jargon, we know this to be true of our God. We have found Him to be true to His Word in our own difficult seasons.

So you hold on. Hold on by faith, trusting, believing your way through this. Trusting and believing what? That He Who sent His Son to that cross did it for you. Why? Because He loves you and deemed you worthy of His precious Son's blood and ultimate life. Because of you, He said, "Yes, send Me."
