i am the type of girl nobody wants to be around because im different. i got so depressed that i trashed myself. i put on a ton of weight, which depressed me even more. around then a new girl came along. this new girl knew me from another school, but didnt recognize me at first. i told her who i was, and she commented on how out of shape i was. she gave me tips on not putting myself down. i went home that night and stood in front of my mirror asking myself ''is this me? is this how i was made to look, or am i just forcing myself to look this way?'' i gotten an idea that if i did something, i would change my appitite for food into an appitite for life. i built myself a track to run arround every morning and in six weeks, i lost twenty pounds. later i asked this girl where she got the advice, and this website was the answer. thank you!
