I know when I look through my magazines, I ALWAYS feel horrible about myself afterward. I see these models with perfect features, perfect skin, who are always so skinny and are the "ideal" for what we should look like. I go look in the mirror, and I see a 5'1 girl who is not anywhere near what is in the magazine and it has taken a serious toll on my self-esteem. Not only does it make me feel inadequate to others, but to how boys think of me. I think edited pictures to make these people look "perfect" is wrong, and deeply impacts how we see ourselves. It isn't fair we have to worry about looking a certain way when only a small percentage of people do or ever will look that way.
