LOST-----

I've been dealing with an eating disorder for over 35 years..have lost most of my teeth...my hair's been falling out...I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired...I'm very low-weighted, but constantly feel "FAT" all the time!!! My problem is, I don't want to stop, and deal with the pain in my life...That's what scares me more than anything....

Anything that you've been carrying around for that long is more a part of you than you will ever know. Maybe if you get to the root of the problem, the psychological aspect of it, you'll be able to deal with it better although I suspect you probably have.
The bible says that we are FEARFULLY and WONDERFULLY made...made in God's image, your disorder is just robbing you of your outer and inner beauty and nothing should be allowed to do that. Sometimes our biggest issues start out as tiny thoughts that crop up every now and then and they grow as we ignore them and when they get too big for us to ignore anymore we give justify them... and when when can't justify them anymore we allow them to rule our lives. Get to the place where you believe that "Yes, I am more than this" then go from there. It's not easy and it won't happen overnight but the first step is always deciding that enough is enough. You say you're sick and tired of being sick and tired...you can find rest in Christ. He knows you better than anyone ever will. He knows why you feel this way about yourself, if you don't just ask him and I'm sure He'll answer you. I pray that you get back all those years that you've been robbed of.
