My name is katie and im now 14 years old. i have had body issues for about 3 years now about the time my parents started having problems. I wish people knew everything they say to other people they take seriously to the heart. i remember every little thing anyone has said to me and i only remember the negative things and not the positive things which kills me inside. My grandme told me i was gaining weight and should exercise more that was 2 years ago and everytime i think about it it kills me. just recently i had a fight on the internet and the girl told me she would hate to be me because i was fat (im not "fat" but im not skinny") and another recent one was a boy who told me i used to be the smallest one in the class which is true in 5th grade i weighed about 49 pounds and not im a freshmen im about 5 3" and i weigh 138.5 lbs and my goal by the end of the summer is to be 110 lbs i hope i will achieve my goal i will do what ever it takes to be my idea of a beautiful girl i dont plan on eating nothing but i do plan on only eating fruits and veggies and drinking water is the best way for me to reach my goal i have tried for so long on regular diets and they just dont work for me so this is what me and a lot of other girls have to result to every single day starving themselves to live up to their own, their families or the media's idea of a "BEAUTFUL GIRL" I wanna be that beautiful girl
