Open your Gift

Once there was a little girl, who looked at models all day, trying to find someway, to look like them; airbrushed skin, beautiful face, name brand clothes, but what she didn't know was that she had a gift, more beautiful, than all this.
But, like I said, she didn't know. So, she covered her face with make-up, and bought too many clothes, and forced her self to stay up and watch night-time celebrity shows.
Then, one day, that make-up washed off, and she thought "What am I going to do now?!" She reached deep inside herself, past all of the lipstick, past all of the sick lies she had been told, and found something beautiful, more precious than gold. It was her gift, that was waiting inside, the gift she was trying to hide, and when she opened it, her heart raced as true beauty embraced her, and as God in the heavens above, told her that she was loved.
