She Doesn't Influence Me!

Okay, everyone is totally going against Barbie. I am 12 and I love Barbie Dolls and I am very mature. Obviously, if you let Barbie influence you about her looks and body, then you are immature (no offense) and should think more positive about yourself. What helps me from thinking like this is praying and going to church, and also having a wonderful family to tell me how beautiful I am. :)

You speak the truth. We will always be surrounded by people who are thinner,curvier, and smarter than us. If we let little things like a doll influence our image of ourselves then what will we do when faced with real women who have traits that we wished we had? You have a good head on your shoulders.
