I have decided to take the True Beauty Challenge because i am tired of feeling badly about myself. I want to realize my inner beauty, and let go of my insecurities. I want to be myself.

When I first started Middle school I had horribly low self esteem. I was always told I was not beautiful and I shouldn't try to be. I was told that brains was all I had. I used to always think my friends were more beautiful than I! I used to borrow their clothes and ask them to do my hair so I could look like them. Then one day I realized I'm still on this earth and I have the ability to smile. I realized that God loved me! :) That was all that matters... <3
