HI i want to be acne free and I use proactive does this help and how long will it take to get rid of my acne.


I want to be in good shape will running help?


I also want good hair I have super curly hair shoulder length what should I do with it?

I see that you must have some acne- everybody gets a pimple once in a while, but some people just have them all over. I know what you can do to help it- wash your face every night, etc.- but if you are one of the girls that just has it all over, sometimes, there isn't much you can do. Some girls just have more oils in their skin then others girls. And usually- when you have that big red pimple- you just gotta wait it out.
Curly hair? Try scrunching it or getting a perm. Good perms last for about 3 months and can be very helpful. But don't get them all the time- its not that good for your hair.
Pray to God for all of your wants, but most importantly, pray to God for what you do have. And always remember: somebody out there has it worse off then you do. There is ALWAYS something to thank God about ;)
