Fearfully and Wonderfully MADE!!!

My youth has asked me to come with something about health and present it to the youth and im pretty sure they are referring to physical health but i choose to do it on spiritual health because anything physical is temporary n we are not of this world.......so can u please shed some light on this topic of spiritual health into words for me because i know what it is but cant put it into words...weird huh...

Spiritual and physical

Spiritual health is very similar to physical.

To obtain good physical health you must watch what you eat, exersize, and have self control

To obtain good spiritual health you must watch what you read and watch, put your faith in action, and resist sin.

To summerize the two in one, you must watch what you put into your self. You must be active. And you have to control your desires.

As you see, they are very similar. Physical and Spiritual health are both very important, but you are very correct when you realize that physical health is passing, while spiritual health determens your eternity.
