i have been sexually and phyiscally abused from the ages 5 to 17 i have also had self image issues too. right now i'm having triggers flashbacks nightmares and i cant sleep at night cuz i fear my dads spirit is lurking in the shadows(may sound stupid) i have made a promise to God my family that i wouldnt self harm anymore. I feel like a sham/fraud/ that God is mad at me cuz i havent ate anything in 3wks only water. I just am exhausted in everyway i am phyically nothing big boned but ya idk im a young adult so i hope that me being a young adult doesnt stop u guys from praying for me. my hubby is very supportive. I found this site cuz a precious friend found it for me n recommended it to me. So ya thats about it God Bless you

God has given you the most precious gift posible and that is your life. It sounds to me the devil was a big part of your dads life. You did not deserve anything that has happen to you. God has a purpos for your life and i'm sure he has givin you may blessings in your life. Its normal for to not forget what has happen to you. With all that aside you need to go to the closest mirror by you and look into your own eyes and tell your self "I'm beautiful", because you are and you deserve to be happy. Please dont take this wrong what happen to you was not right but God says to forgive and if you can truly forgive anyone that has done somthing wrong to you, you yourself will feel a lot better and more relaxed if you would like to talk with me further my email address is helpishere11@yahoo.com my god bless you and hold you in his embrace and give you the strength you need to get past all your fears and please remember you are a beautiful person and God has a place for you in this world may God bless you and I will be prayng for you and hope to hear from you soon

God is not mad at you. you sound like a poor girl who has gone through a lot and i pray for you. just because your dad messed up your childhood. dont let him mess up the rest of your life.
