Suffering from an eating disorder from at a early age and my road to success

Hi, I'm 14 and started getting anorexia at the age of about 12...13.I have an had an eating disorder but have overcome it with the help of my doctor, it was the best thing I could have done to discuss it and my feelings and let my emotions out and get help at the same time. The reasons were mainly my disire for perfection but also a lot to do with peer pressure and my friends all not eating a lot and allways talking about weight and dieting wich made me feel horrible about my body. Luckily my family picked up on my extreme wieght loss and I have had support to help me through it. Unfortunately i don't think my peers and friends understand healthy diets and what is a healthy wieght. Also recently I was scouted to become a model and once I did a photoshoot the agency even said I needed to put on weight. This suprised me but also boosted my confident to gain weight. I am happy to say in on the road to a healthy lifestyle and Hope everybody who feels depressed or down or unconfident about their weight make sure as long as you are healthy you will be your ideal weight...
