I knew there was extensive make-up and that they deleted veins out of eyes and whitened teeth. What I didn't know about was lengthening necks and widening eyes. Wow. It was an "eye-opener" pardon the pun.

God looks to our hearts

yeah it suprised me too!
i mean there is a game on the internet called total BEAUTY makeover...and on that they have teeth whitening and skin smoothers so that you can get rid of any impurities. How messed up is that? it makes people feel as if that is what beauty is. How messed up is the media? They influence so much that they make people believe that our apperence is what defines who we are...and they even try to make us feel as if we are never good enough or never "beautiful" enough. But that is totally wrong...God says that our bodies are temples just the way they are...we don't need to be fake to be beautiful in God's eyes. He doesn't look to our apperence, he looks to our hearts. We should try and consentrate on becoming closer to God rather than trying to make ourselves "Beautiful" to this messed up society. Also we should let God define who we really our...we our his children and he loves us just the way we are...just the way he created us...and that's all that matters.
