The Time is Near

Shaken world,
Rain Pours,
Land Floods,
Tornados hurl,
The clock ticks,
The clock tocks,
Yet no one sees,
No one Understands,
I lay here with a book in hands
I lay here with a voice to be heard
I lay here in this unsaved world
Unsaved souls,
Unsaved Land,
How I long for them to understand?
I preach the word,
Yet they throw it back,
I sing to the Lord,
I get laughed at,
But I tell you as a friend,
The time near,
We are almost at an end,
Not ashamed,
Not a lie,
It's not a demon that that lives inside,
It's not the demon that says it time to me
It is Love
It is Salvation,
It is Mercy,
It is kind,
It is gentle,
And it lives inside
For it is God
Who says it's time
For the time is near
This is the End time
As I flip to the last chapter
As I read what is yet to come
As I think
I see...
I pray to God
I ask for forgivness
I ask for mercy
I ask for salvation
I praise the Lord
And he lifts me up
He carries me through the rough
He makes me wise
He makes me strong
Because he knows it wont be long
He wants us to be saved
before it's too late
So I'm hear to say
The time is near...
