True beauty isn’t in the clothes

True beauty is free
It doesn’t have makeup
Cause makeup ain’t me

I don’t need to purge
Real beauty has no scale
I don’t need no mirror
Or disgusting fashion mail

Those silly magazines,
Kill from the inside out
That isn’t true beauty,
That ain’t what I’m about

I am cared by God
He loves beauty
I ain’t a pack of garbage,
Even when I’m moody!

Don’t listen to the ads,
About the “perfect” weight
They’re a bunch of junk,
That ain’t my fate.

HE cares about me,
I don’t belong in no waste,
I am beautiful in my heart,
I am not disgraced.

Many are the times when we have judged others from what we see on the outside. Many are the times when we have let our lives be controlled by physical standards. How so vain!
Wake up we must to the realisation that what really matters is the beauty of the inner man.When the innerman is beautiful,then the outerman is wonderful!!!

Young christian girls are starving for attention in all the wrong places. This poem reaffirms that true beauty cannot be made it has to grow. I want my daughter to grow into her beauty and not believe that she can make beauty with clothes, make-up and accesories. This was really HOT!!! I loved it!!!
