I was built differently than other girls. I was always first, second tallest girl in my class. That was an upside. Downside, I think I'll still grow, but for right now, I'm a little bigger than other girls. One of the things that was hard for me is that-I might still be growing. I might get taller. I didn't want to wait, though. I wanted to be taller, be fitter. However, I found how much happier I was when I didn't worry about it and let God deal with it. I realized "skinny" doesn't mean "beautiful". "Skinny" does not mean "happy". My Mom was a great mentor for me, she would give it to me straight and help out with it.
