Why do normal things seem so hard for me

i'm pretty a sound minded individual w/ complexities. I work hard to take care of myself. i'm smart, did not go to college although i desire to but have some type of phobia. i'm an administrative asst; have been for over 20 years. people think i'm smart and like to be w/ me. For the most part i am a loner and try to avoid things that are not of GOD. Who can I tell what really bothers me...is this a trick of the enemy or why do i have these subconscious problems?

i do not think that it is abnormal for you to feel like a loner. i feel like a loner most of the time because i am trying to be with the people that will ahev a good influence on e and accept me for who i am including my hobbies, my family, and even the Fact that i am a christian.

instead of feeling like i am a loner i try my best to spend time with the people that i go to church with or ill just go places by myself.
you should just pray that God will help to take away that feeling of lonliness and maybe even depression

it would b e very helpful if you found something that you enjoy doing outside of work
you should also try getting involved in christian organizations in your community becuase it will help you to meet new people that love God and have someting in common with you and youll be touching others lives in positive way as well.

i think it is a trick of the enemy..why do i think this? b/c i'm 20now and struggle with many of the same things you talked about, but what i've found is that when i'm about to have a panic attack(i've gotten to the point that i'm able to tell when one's coming on) i just stop what i'm doing, if possible, but if not, like if i'm at work or school, then i just start to pray or i just think of a really good song that God has used to encourage me, and God just always seems to calm me down..why did i just say that? b/c you mentioned you have a phobia of going back to school, which i learned in abnormal psych, is a form of anxiety..who can you tell?simple--God! He already knows all about it anyway, so why not talk to Him about it, and pray He puts someone in your life who can encourage you along the way, and who you can talk to in "this" life

Not Abnormal

I don't it is abnormal to be a loner. It sounds to me that you are not one that really likes large groups, but rather a smaller group which allows for personal bonds to be made. Some people choose to being alone but they are not lonely. You sound as though you are lonely. The "normal" things that you speak of as being so hard, are they really things that interest you? I suggest that you list the things that interest you and then seek out a group for each of the things you listed. By doing this you may find people like yourself. The answer lies within you. Ask God to help you in the pursuit of finding the right associates for you. He will direct to the perfect setting. I am praying that He will soon grant you the desires of your heart. In the meantime, remember you are never alone, He is with you at all times.
